The People Ops Manager is a key member of the People Operations team in helping support a SHIELD to be a great place to work for our employees globally. We're looking for a passionate and motivated individual, that is able to execute functions independently and yet work collaboratively to support our People Ops projects in a fast pace environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate SHIELD's workforce to best use our employees’ talents
- Link SHIELD’s management with our employees
- Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
- Serve as a consultant with other team leads advising them on human resources issues
- Work alongside internal teams to drive the end-to-end recruitment processes
- Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solver with strong initiative and meticulousness
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, and result orientation
- Demonstrated capabilities with people and project management
- Versatile and has strong perseverance mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
