- Experience working in Banking and Financial Services Payments (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS , UPI , SWIFT, CHIPS, SEPA, FEDWIRE,), Remittances, ISO20022 Implementation and Migration , Cash management (Core Banking , Corporate Banking )
- Experience in Virtual Account Payments ( On-us / Off-us ) and Virtual Account collections , Inward Credit Card payments.
- Analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions , effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, Documentation of Requirements, user-stories, use case diagrams, Use case specification document, process flows, Triages, Acceptance criteria, Defect Management, Status reports.
- Skilled in conducting root cause analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement , Gap Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Impact Analysis, Cost-Benefit Analysis etc.
- Possess strong client facing skills, delivery focused and proficient in managing multiple cross-functional teams.
- Hands on experience in test Suite preparation , executing User Acceptance Tests (UAT), Regression Testing, compiling Test Status Reports and Test Completion Reports, signoffs.
- Experience in working with Engineering teams, handling Quality Assurance teams, preparing Test Coverage Matrix, Establishing RTM, test results review and signoff,
- Worked on various projects in Waterfall and Agile/Scrum based methodologies.
- Experience with SQL scripting and coding.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills in engaging Project Sponsors, Business stakeholders, subject matter experts and Business Users in gathering the intricate workings of business processes
