- To attend to customer’s queries and problems and resolve it when it is beyond the support unit’s capabilities.
- Liaise with pump suppliers or factory to provide technical and sale support to the customers.
- Feedback to suppliers upon any customers complains due to faulty pumps or parts.
- To digitize and upload all the pump curve, dimension drawing and spare parts list.
- Prepare and update marketing material - Develop new catalogues, technical drawing, operation manual.
- Sales support on GA drawing, generate performance curve and technical datasheet
- Proficient in Autocad.
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
