Shipbrokers act as intermediaries between vessel Owners and cargo Charterers, arranging freight contracts upon which goods are transported around the globe.
Qualities required

- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Perseverance and resilience when facing challenges and setbacks
- Maritime Background not essential
