Key Responsibilities:
· Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas to align with company goals and target audience.
- Pre and post event communications and follow-ups with internal teams and stakeholders
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
· Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and social media content related to the event and ah-hoc projects as needed.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
· Project Management:
- Maintain detailed project plans and timelines for all events and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
· Administrative Duties:
- Manage event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee lists.
- Prepare post-event reports, including attendee feedback, budget analysis, and overall event performance.
Requirements
· Degree, or Diploma in Marketing / Mass Communication or Business
· Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Great organizational and time-management skills
· Sensitivity to working across other cultures and respect and value diversity
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva is a plus
