Job Summary:
· Perform bed management and allocation.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders and external referral sources to right-site patients in an expedient manner.
· Provide administrative support for Inpatient referral screening process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Attend to enquiries regarding Inpatient referrals and Hospital admissions.
· Assist with administrative tasks related to processing of Inpatient referrals.
· Liaise and coordinate replies with Inpatient referral sources on outcomes of screening.
· Submit bed statistics to the respective stakeholders daily.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Diploma in Social Work or equivalent, preferably with 1-2 years’ experience in a hospital environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with SAP and/or EPIC.
