Job description:
We are looking to hire a digital marketer to assist the marketing activities of the Company. In this position, you will be involved in supporting the marketing team in the management of various digital marketing channels and digital campaigns.
The products are SaaS with emphasis on SMEs and the healthcare industry, and IT professional and managed services, and IT hardware and software. The Company not only resell 3 rd party products and services, but also develops its own so as to provide an end-to-end IT solution to the customers. The initial focus is on the Singapore market, but is very likely to expand into the neighboring countries. To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
- self-motivated and result oriented
- believe in and motivated by the values that the products and services bring i.e. comfortable to present the value propositions of these products and services
- a team player to work with the product development team to translate the features and use cases into brochures
- familiar with the behavior and needs of the different categories of customers e.g. Gen X, Gen Z, Millenium, etc.
- familiar with the various social media platforms, marketing tools and strategies, and sales partnerships
- strong time management skills and assigning priorities
Job responsibilities:
- Support marketing team in the management of content channels and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Blog, Emails, etc.)
- Discuss, conceptualize, and create/write engaging and refreshing copywriting for all marketing materials on the social media platforms
- Creation of graphics illustrations for print media (brochures), website and social media posts. - Assist marketing team in the management of influencer marketing campaigns and grow brand partnerships/influencer collaborations
- Monitor customer interests and preferences and discuss with the marketing team on optimising marketing material
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with marketing team for new ideas and strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital content marketing
- Other ad hoc as assigned
Job requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma Media, Arts & Design or other related courses or experience.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
