· Drafting and modelling using AutoCAD and BIM Revit software
· Support the team in required design & drawings
· Prepares, update and modifies M&E services drawings.
· Prepares 2D and 3D system and site drawings according to requirements
· Preparation and submission of shop drawings
· Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission
· Diagrams update as and when required.
- Site inspections. Coordination of works and liaison with PM, client (where needed) and third parties.
· Be able to perform 24x 7 standby
· Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager.
- Singaporean only.
