- Efficiently manage and maintain calendars for members of the investment team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation arrangements for team members when necessary.
- Ensure meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and properly set up before and after meetings.
- Maintain inventory and organize pantry supplies, ensuring availability of refreshments and snacks for team members and guests.
- Manage stationery supplies, including ordering, stocking, and organizing office supplies.
- Assist in organizing team events, and meetings, including booking venues and managing logistics.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, scanning and photocopying.
