Job Responsibilities:
International engagement activities depend on the operational execution of meetings and engagements, to which the jobholder will provide support in International Affairs Division.
As Executive (International International), the jobholder will be responsible for the administrative and operational elements of the work of the International Affairs Division, such as handling logistics of events, meetings, meals and travels, procurement of corporate gifts, tracking of follow-ups and simple correspondences. The jobholder will also track travel and entertainment budget, and other finances of the International Affairs Unit. Protocol experience is welcome.
The jobholder will also provide secretariat support to Director/International Affairs.
Job Requirements:
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work outside of office hours from time to time
- Willingness to be hands-on with logistics and to execute tasks on the ground
- Experience providing administrative and logistical support for government officials’ overseas
