Job Description:
● Provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
● Compose and prepare correspondence, sales reports, quotation and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel
● Generate DO / PO / Quotation
● Assist the sales team in handling, coordinating and follow-up in all sales administrative duties
● To assist in billing process
● Coordinate between team of finance, productions & logistics.
● Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
● Diploma in Business Studies or GCE ‘O’ level
● Experience in marine industry with relevant experiences will be an advantage
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel).
