Responsibilities:
(Business Development)
- Discover and explore business opportunities for the organization.
- Utilities efficiency and sustainability projects
- Grow and manage potential/current partners, and work with them to provide useful content and/or other promotions for the sectors’ image.
- Raise awareness about the need of reducing energy usage & sustainable effort
- Assist in the identification of potential enterprises (e.g., waste and environment-related) for accelerated business growth in various business areas, either for domestic and / or overseas markets.
- Assist in the provision of business advisory to the enterprise’s capability enhancement, schemes, grants, etc.
- Carry out costing analysis and proposal write-ups, drafting, and reviewing contracts.
- Prepare reports on successes and areas needing improvements.
- Assists in preparing official proposals for new projects, including estimated costs and anticipated savings in energy
(Admin)
- Compile sales and other reports.
- Update customer contract details in organization’s system.
- Arrange sales leads meetings for Sales team.
- Compile report for NEA reporting & waste audit reporting
- Check and validate waste data for customer reporting.
- Check monthly report and raise purchase order for recycling purchases.
- Prepare presentation materials and/or collaterals.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma with industry exposure.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and good understanding of industry insights and requirements.
- Familiarity with various government assistance programmes and regulatory requirements.
- Team player with excellent oral and written communication in English.
