- Meet the financial targets and key operating metrics (e.g. occupancy levels, target rents, centre sales, footfall etc) set out in the NAC and WA ABP, PM ABP and MCST 1471 ABP
- Oversee the centre management team and steer all day-to-day operations (leasing, marketing, property operations, finance) to ensure smooth operations of the properties
- Leadership and guidance to various departments including enhancing cohesiveness amongstC teams
- Monitor and manage top- and bottom-line financial performance, including arrears.
- Collaborate with Asset Management to advise strategic adjustments and implement appropriate property-level initiatives
- Build strong relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external (e.g. tenants, management, MCSTs, etc)
- Identify strategic partners and maintain strong awareness of developments and tenancy movements along Orchard Road
- Delivery of the scope of work under the Property Management Agreement and Managing Agent Agreement for MCST 1471
- Drive ESG related initiatives such as Green Mark certification of WA
- Compliance to audit requirements and findings, and all laws and regulations including Workplace, Health and Safety Act
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Centre Management preferably in Real Estate | Asset Management industry
- Immediate starter is preferred
