The Sales and Marketing Manager reports to director and is responsible for leading the sales and team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and managing certain operational aspects to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves overseeing market research, product development, promotional campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Sales and Marketing Manager ensures that sales, marketing, and operational efforts are aligned with the company's overall objectives and goals.

1. Gain proficiency in daily operational procedures and develop a deep understanding of the restaurant's product offerings and sales processes.Master inventory management, procurement protocols, and vendor relations. Assess and outline existing business operations and potential opportunities.Proactively identify and address any gaps in services or processes to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.Generate and propose innovative business ideas to boost sales and increase profit margins.
2. Conduct market analysis to identify target customers and devise effective sales strategies.Develop upselling and cross-selling techniques to foster customer loyalty.Establish and enforce service standards and procedures to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.Manage escalated customer complaints to quickly resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.Uphold strong relationships with customers to enhance the overall dining experience.
3. Acquire fundamental marketing skills and create digital marketing strategies for social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok. Lead the design of promotional campaigns and develop brand communication strategies to engage potential audiences. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of these campaigns to improve impact.
4.Support in organizing staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage and optimal use of labor. Additionally, train and supervise staff to maintain excellent performance and adherence to company guidelines, handling staff concerns and resolving conflicts as needed. Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth.
5. Study sales data and market trends to find growth opportunities, introducing new food and beverage options that meet current trends and customer preferences.Conduct thorough market research to find potential new suppliers and products.
