The Role:


Reporting to the Group Head, Renewable Feedstock Supply, you will manage and oversees projects for the Group, improving the work processes, and supporting business growth. We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to join our dynamic team during this period of accelerated growth.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, manage, execute, monitor and maintain strategic projects delivery throughout the entire development lifecycle ensuring goals and targets are achieved.
  • Work closely with our stakeholders in Singapore and the teams in other countries to plan and execute automation into our current waste collection systems.
  • Optimise costs for the business in the areas such as logistics and current cost on waste collection.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to extract business requirements, define system functional requirements and translate them into technical requirements for development.
  • Lead implementation activities and provide support and appropriate correction plan for post implementation.
  • Manage projects and handle various stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and met the project objectives.
  • Manage procurement processes, from tender specifications to vendor evaluation and contract management.
  • Organise project updates, work orders, delivery orders, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
  • Foster close relationships with business users and vendors to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Perform quality assurance for automation devices with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain close communication with vendor to ensure support and maintenance obligations are fulfilled according to contract terms.
  • Address audit queries and ensure compliance with environmental and security standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system or business.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working automation project management experience.
  • Prior working experience in waste industry, preferably in liquid waste.
  • Possess strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess of PMP or CITPM is advantageous.
