Job Description
- Ensure efficient and precise handling of electronic banking applications, including modifications, cancellations, address updates, and condition changes for both clients and agents.
- Process returned mail for client portfolios effectively.
- Oversee and fulfill ad-hoc requests for client statements and advisory printing.
- Assist the team with user acceptance testing and documentation of procedures.
- Verify client form signatures and passports.
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma holder and above
- Experienced in Banking and Financial Services or a correlated field
- Knowledge of Excel and macros is a plus
- Good with client account operations, documentation, administrative duties
