Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales, marketing, and merchandising efforts from our backend office. Your objective is to ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions in alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to manage product information and availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain customer records and track interactions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.
  • Support inventory management and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and files related to sales and customer interactions.
  • Contribute to improving processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to support various projects and initiatives as required.
