We are currently hiring for Executive, Assistant RM we are looking for someone who has good experience with KYC & client handling.
Job Description:
· Handle general incoming enquiries from internal customers.
· Point of liaison and communication between frontline sales team and various internal stakeholder departments.
· Assist to manage CDD and WLM alerts.
· Assist the obtaining of company search/ credit checking/ valuation reports for new customers/ prospects.
· Facilitate BizChannel applications / updates and fulfilment of required documentation within internal customers.
· Facilitate account opening and fulfilment of required documentation within internal customers.
· Facilitate loan application submissions and drawdowns, and fulfilment of required documentation within internal customers.
· Preparation and engrossing of Letter of Offer and required documentation.
· Ensure timely and accurate submissions of documentation within internal customers.
· Ensure timely and accurate tracking of loan submissions and disbursements.
· Assist to prepare various tracking reports (sales tracking, statistic report etc).
· Assignment and tracking of call-in/email leads/regional referrals.
· Perform general administration/logistic duties for the Sales Teams.
· Compile regular and ad-hoc reports for Sales Teams.
· Must comply with all compliance requirement with high alertness to AML procedures
