Onshore Relationship Manager, Priority Banking
Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional and consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers to meet their financial needs and objectives.
- Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing regular market updates and trend analysis on local and international financial products.
- Collaborate with the PB team manager, branch manager, and PTL to develop monthly plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on new business and customer acquisition goals.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities aimed at customer acquisition.
- Source and engage individual prospects.
- Provide high-quality, efficient after-sales services.
- Manage client retention and prevent attrition.
- Organize and conduct sales presentations for groups, clubs, associations, companies, and other organizations.
- Solicit referrals from other departments, such as RMs from C&I and other staff members.
- Adhere to all applicable money laundering prevention procedures, reporting any suspicious activity to the Transaction Monitoring Unit.
- Ensure compliance with all bank regulations and external regulatory authorities.
- Fulfill responsibilities related to achieving business and financial objectives.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Holds RNF & CFMAS Certificates.
- Has 3+ years of experience in the banking industry.
- Possesses client acquisition experience.
- Has experience in account management of high-net-worth (HNW) individuals.
- Demonstrates technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products, including Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.customers to meet their financial needs/objectives.
