Key Responsibilities
- Provide input to Service Delivery team on the assignment of intergrated PCRs to respective support team;
- Actively communicate with Application Specialist on the status of intergrated change PCRs;
- Actively communicate with Project Team to identify any potential change overlap between BAU and Project Change;
- Inspect sample intergrated change documents and review for quality in documentation;
- Consolidate details and progress of intergrated change PCRs in a master change status tracker document;
- Communicate with management on status of integrated change PCRs and highlight concerns (where applicable);
- Attend FCB meetings to gain in depth understand and provide input on integrated changes;
- Attend CAB meetings and provide oversight and chanllenges on integrated changes prior to approval in CAB (as neccessary).
Job Requirements
Education
- University/ College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline
Experience
- Minimum five (5) years relevant expericene in intergration with SME knowledge in at least one Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics AX module such as FI or MM;
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics AX center of excellence experience;
- Strong trait in people management and coordination work including processess on policies and documentations;
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics AX certications.
