We are seeking a Senior Manager for Global Security Operations to join our client in Real Estates on a 6 months project. In this role, you will oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) as well as the operational aspects of security tools. This includes managing endpoint protection, data protection, and web application security tools. Your responsibilities will involve enhancing information security operations and ensuring robust coverage and protection for global users and services through effective management of security tools.
The Role
· Manage the Global Security Operations Center (SOC), overseeing daily operations, processes, quality, and team resources.
· Handle operations of detection and response tools, including change requests and effectiveness improvements.
· Oversee Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations, such as Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication, Single Sign-On integration with Third Party Applications, and Privilege Access Management.
· Serve as Security Administrator for multiple security tools, managing user access and privileges.
· Negotiate vendor terms and conditions to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products, and review/revise Statements of Work (SOW).
· Coordinate with global, regional, and local IT teams.
· Conduct incident investigations and forensic analyses.
· Coordinate cross-functional tasks with other information security and business functions.
· Undertake additional information security operations tasks assigned by the CISO or business.
Your Profile
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
· Proven solid technical skills on global security operations, SOC management
· Proven solid technical skills on tools management for Threat Intelligence, Threat hunting, detection, response, IAM, firewall and vulnerability, including but not limited to WAF, IPS, EDR, UEBA, SIEM and SOAR
· Knowledge of incident investigation and forensic analysis
· Knowledge of and experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF);
· Knowledge of and experience with MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain;
· Knowledge of common cyber-attacks and counter measures;
· Fluency in Mandarin is highly desired for collaborating with the team based in China.
