Job Details
■Reporting to: Office Manager
■ Replacement for an existing staff member who is retiring
■Job Responsibilities
― General affairs and secretarial duties at the office
― Expense payment procedures, management of contracts and other documents
― Schedule management
― Handling appointments with clients (both Japanese and non-Japanese)
― Reception duties for visitors
― Arrangements for visitors from Japan (hotel reservations, transportation arrangements)
― Administrative support for office staff traveling on business (airline and hotel reservations)
― Communication with the head office and other overseas branches
― Other general affairs duties
■Working Hours & Days― 9:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Skills and Experience
■Required Skills & Experience (required)― Conversational and written Japanese (business level)
Conversational and written English (business level)
PC skills (MS Outlook/MS Word/MS Excel/MS PowerPoint, in both Japanese and English)
Experience in general affairs in Singapore
(Preferred)― Experience working in a financial institution
Experience working in a Japanese company
Experience in secretarial duties
General knowledge of finance and accounting

■Variable (Performance) Bonus Availability (Approximate number of months)― Yes (Approximately 2-2.5 months, including AWS)
