Job Description
- Knowledgeable in VRV system, Multi Split System and Aircon Ducting / Ventilation.
- Responsible for tender surveying, checking documents, and understanding drawings and specifications.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including quantity take-off & liaise with Clients & consultants.
- Obtain, compile and evaluate quotation from supplier according to tender requirement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters.
- Liaise with the supplier, main contractors, and sub-contractors to prepare the cost for tender submission.
- Respond and follow up on clients' queries for submitted tenders.
- Coordinating submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities within stipulated timelines.
- Maintain proper documents and filing of drawings for all tenders and projects according to requirements.
- Other related duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years in construction projects & Building maintenance/Operations/Engineering
- Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults
- High Level interpersonal and leadership skills,
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem solving skills,
- A proactive & positive person with a strong motivation to learn, self-starter, ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
