Responsibilities
- Develop & manage social media strategy

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews
- Monitor & analyze campaign/ digital marketing performance
Skills and Qualification
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in content management and understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
