Job Scope:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Project Executive/ Assistant Project Manager for managing outsourcing projects. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects, optimize revenue and achieve project objectives in relation to cost, time, and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
· Collaborating with functional teams to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.
· Creating project dashboards and data for review.
· Managing & building internal & external stakeholder relationships and tracking KPIs/focus areas.
· Procuring adequate resources to meet project objectives within timelines.
· Implementing governance standards, tracking project status, and establishing best practices.
· Reporting and tracking project metrics, P&L, and Service level agreement.
· Delivering end-to-end project deliverables, control, and success, and transferring to Operations.
Job Requirements:
· Degree/Diploma holder with min 3 years of Project Management experience.
· Relevant experience in managing outsourcing project management.
· Reporting and Data analysis skills.
· Excellent written communication & strong internal stakeholder management skills.
· Strong customer focus and external relationship management.
