Position: Asset & Leasing Coordinator
Location: Aljunied
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Roles & Responsibilities:
You'll play a key role in supporting the Leasing & Facilities Manager with all aspects of managing the company's owned or leased properties. Your responsibilities will include:
Facilities Management:
- Ensure all properties are in excellent and tenantable condition.
- Address and resolve any facilities-related issues.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work and projects, including upgrades and renovations.
- Review and manage maintenance contracts, obtaining necessary approvals.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Assist in planning capital and operational expenditures.
- Manage office operations for the Head Office.
Leasing:
- Handle all leasing matters for the company's properties.
- Manage the leasing process, from prospecting and presenting to negotiating and securing tenancies.
- Draft and review tenancy agreements.
- Address rental arrears promptly.
- Foster and maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 year of experience in leasing and building management.
- Knowledge of Real Estate, Building, and Facilities Management.
- Familiarity with procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
