Job Description
Responsibilities
Manufacturing
- Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process of electronic instruments, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols for electronic components, especially sensors and signal processing units.
Technical Support and Maintenance
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to electronic instruments, with an emphasis on sensor accuracy and signal processing.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and solve manufacturing challenges related to electronics.
Quality Assurance and Improvement
- Ensure all electronic products meet stringent company quality standards and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive records of testing procedures, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance activities.
- Develop and present technical reports on the performance and reliability of electronic instruments.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of electronic components.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on the proper usage and maintenance of electronic instruments.
General Expectations
- Commitment to safety standards and compliance with all relevant safety laws and company policies.
- Report any safety violations or potential issues to supervisory or management personnel.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in electronics engineering, with a focus on manufacturing, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with industry standards relevant to electronic instruments in the oil and gas sector.
- Deep understanding of electronic engineering principles, particularly in sensor technology and signal processing.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining high-temperature electronic devices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
