Job description:


1. Customer Development and Maintenance:

- Salespersons are responsible for seeking new customers and establishing and maintaining good relationships with existing customers.

- You need to conduct market research, understand customer needs and the competitive environment, engage in business negotiations with potential clients, promote advertising services, and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationship development.


2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Salespersons need to formulate customer promotion strategies and plans to achieve customer sales goals.

- You need to analyze market trends and competitive conditions, identify target customer groups, develop promotional campaigns and sales activities, and ensure the alignment of sales strategies with the company's overall strategy.


3. Customer Needs Analysis and Solutions:

- Salespersons need to gain a deep understanding of customer needs and objectives and collaborate with internal teams to provide customized advertising solutions.

- You should communicate with clients, understand their business challenges, offer creative and strategic advice, and assist the team in developing advertising solutions that meet customer requirements.


4. Sales Negotiation and Contract Signing:

- Salespersons need to negotiate with customers, provide advertising solutions and quotes, and reach sales agreements and contracts with clients.

- You must showcase the company's core advantages and value, address client concerns, negotiate contract terms, and ensure contract signing and execution.


5. Contract Management and Execution:

- Salespersons are responsible for managing and overseeing the execution and fulfillment of sales contracts.

- You should closely collaborate with internal company teams, such as the marketing team and customer service team, coordinating resources. They should provide customer feedback and requirements to help improve products or services, implement promotional projects to meet customer expectations and demands.


6. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

- Salespersons need to track sales data and generate reports.

- You should analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and other information to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make improvement recommendations.

Require Business Development relevant experience: at least 10 years
