Job Expectations:
· Assist Project Managers and WSHO for project safety management plan including the SMMP if neccessary
· Assist to identify any unsafe work conditions and/or practices observed or carried out at the worksite(s)
· Assist the occupier of the worksite to implement such reasonably practicable measures
· Assist the taskforce team with WSHO / SMO on site and advice in all aspects of safety to the Project Team.
· Proactively identify safety hazards and near misses to ensure a safe working condition by ensuring immediate rectifications.
· Conduct regular EHS inspection with trade contractors and improve / rectify unsafe site condition
· Monitoring and ensure compliance with safe work procedures/practices
· Ensure site communication like tool box meeting, pre-task plan and WSH coordination meeting are conducted in specified schedule or daily basis
· Provide regime maintenance program and ensure plants and machinery inspection are properly maintained
· Prepare and maintained site compliance for audit or authority visits
· May need to attend to ad-hoc night/ weekends work activity (i.e high risk activities)
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
· Ensure timely collation of EHS statics / EHS Trend Report and communicate to Project Team
· Any other duties assigned on an ad-hoc basis by Project Manager / Director and EHS Manager
· Provide communication channel in various platforms for project team
· Provide enhance safety recommendation beside the reasonably practicable measure in risk assessments
