As a Junior Legal Counsel at KKday, you will be responsible for:
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters to support the general business operation matters of KKday business activities in Hong Kong, China, and other assigned markets
- Assess and manage legal and compliance risks
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes
- Lead or participate in global projects handled by the Commercial Legal team

- Proficiency in Chinese, with specific skills in comprehending and typing Traditional Chinese, and in English.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters to support business, including (1) drafting, reviewing, negotiating and filing various agreements and documents, (2) market access and local business development matters, (3) regulatory compliance matters, (4) customer complaint and dispute management, (5) corporate governance, and (6) transactional activities.
- Assess and manage legal and compliance risks as they apply to KKday business, activities, and strategies.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, provide analysis to stakeholders on the potential impact to KKday business, and advise sound solutions.
- Drafting, reviewing, developing and implementing internal policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Provide strategic legal, compliance and business advice in all functional areas.
We would love to hear from you if:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in reputable law firms and/or in multinational corporations (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply for this position)
- You are a candidate who meets the qualities that we are looking out for above; and
- Fluent in Chinese (with proficiency in comprehending and typing Traditional Chinese) and English.
