Ascending Hope is seeking an experienced and passionate Strategic Development Manager dedicated to plan and implement strategic initiatives align with our organisation's mission to support individuals and families in need. The Strategic Development Manager will collaborate closely with the Executive Director to develop and execute strategic initiatives that further the charity's mission and fundraising goal.
a. Strategic Planning and Management:
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute strategic initiatives that align with organisation short-term and long-term direction.
- Strategic services for developing corporate partnership and fundraising initiatives, to enhance operational capability and service continuity.
- Ensure compliance with Charities Regulations requirements and other requirements by the Commissioner of Charities.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
b. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors, donors, community partners and corporate partners.
- Manage external and publicity-related communications.
- Represent the charity at meetings, conferences, and networking events.
c. Team Management:
- Lead and support a team, identify growth and development opportunities.
