- Minimum eight (8) years of engineering experience with a Recognised Civil Engineering Degree, and at least five (5) years of experience in managing civil and structural and/or E&M building services works for projects if similar scale, complexity and nature of work
- Experience in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects; having full understanding of the design and approval process as well as BCA TFP/TOP process
- The Coordination Manager shall take charge of all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural and SWCs and be responsible to manage project coordination/interface relating to civil and structural, architectural and E&M installation
- Dynamic and motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
