Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production operations, ensuring efficient processes, timely delivery, and high-quality products.
- Collaborate with departments including Design, Sales, HR, Logistics, Procurement, and Operations.
- Develop and execute production plans and manage budgets and inventory.
- Implement continuous improvement programs to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with senior management.
- Manage production teams, including manpower planning, machine operations, material flow, and quality control.
- Achieve production targets, inventory control, and cost reduction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in garment manufacturing, fashion studies, operations management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in garment manufacturing or production.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., JIT, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
- Proven track record of managing production teams and resources.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in the mascots and props industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and Singaporean labour laws and regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
