- Supervision of structural works
- Inform Architect, Clerk-of-Works and Contractor of non-compliance as and when necessary before Contractor’s request for inspection
- Identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work on site
- Ensure the required standards of quality and accuracy are maintained for all works and conform to contract specifications, construction drawings, approved shop drawings, approved materials, instructions and statutory requirements
- Conversant with Building Control Act and Regulations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent
- Must be registered Resident Engineer accredited by IES / ACES
- Preferably Degree be recognized by Board of Engineers
- Min 5 yrs experience in Residential/Industrial/Commercial and/or Institutional projects
