Accountant (Fullset)

• Working hours: 5 days / 8am to 5pm
• Working location: Seletar
• Salary: S$2,500/+ (Depends on experience)

Job Scopes:

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly Bank, AP & AR & fixed asset & inventory reconciliations.
• Perform credit review of customers.
• Perform regular fixed assets physical count & tagging.
• Prepare accounting journals, monthly schedules, and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Prepare audit schedules.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• With relevant experience
• Proficient in Quickbook
