JOB DESCRIPTION – Project Manager – Software Implementation
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of implementing MariApps, a crew management system software, within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of delivering projects on time and excellent communication skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
System Implementation Project
- Communicate with the software vendor project manager and coordinate activities and meetings.
- Work with NEP team in gathering and consolidating required information.
- Follow up the implementation schedule efficiently and effectively to ensure project tasks are complete on time.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Facilitate the adoption of new software systems within the organization by providing training and support to end-users.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including project plans, status reports, and user manuals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in using or onboarding MariApps or similar software is a plus.
- Proven experience managing software implementation projects.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey domain specific concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
