We are expanding and looking for potential individuals who love interaction and are proactive to assist in HR Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Administrative support to HR Department
- Coordinate interview schedules, contact candidates and reserve interviews slot.
- Follow up on onboarding documents with candidates.
- Follow up on Food & Hygiene cert and report for record keeping
- Handle high volume of Filing, maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Updating of new hire part timer headcount report.
- Arrange of gifts (staffs welfare) when necessary
- Perform other ad-hoc and administrative duties as per assigned.
Experience and Skills:
- At least O level and above with 1 year administrative experience.
- Able to multi task and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills, team work, initiative and good time management.
- Willing to converse with people from different backgrounds.
- Willing to learn from peers and managers.
- Willing to travel for outlets visiting.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
