Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must have skills:
· Designing, Planning, Migrating and Implementing Active Directory, such as: Azure AD, Active Directory Domain Services
· Provision an Azure tenant and set up Azure Active Directory
· Managing experience in Azure AD environments with multiple users
· Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot Directory Synchronization and Federation Services for Azure AD, Azure AD Connect Sync and other synchronization tools
· Experience in designing the On-Premises AD server with Hybrid Azure Sync
· Ability to manage Azure AD services including user, groups, device management, application management and conditional access
· DNS/DHCP & Group Policy Design
· Work closely with Client and Central IT teams to ensure that identity management systems are integrated with other systems and applications
· Deep knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD, including Group Policy, Federation, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
· Experience running Active Directory health checks
· RBAC Roles management
· Implementation of Azure Policies and Managed Identity and Access control mechanism
· Active Directory hands on experience in a multi-site/multi-domain/multi-forest environment is required. Experience with Active Directory consolidation/migration (Quest migration Experience and using ADMT a plus)
