Job Description:
1. Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery.
2. Cut bone or grind pieces of meat.
3. Weigh-in, wrap and display cuts of meat.
4. Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature.
5. Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards.
Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary/O’ Level in any field.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Basic meat cutting skills and product knowledge.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
