Responsibilities
- Oversee tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the family's personal life.
- Assist in organizing events, functions, and other activities.
- Plan and coordinate educational and developmental activities for the children and elderly parents.
- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, dining, and other activities.
- Collaborate with household staff to maintain efficient household management.
- Manage administrative tasks such as general payments and insurance matters.
- Run errands for personal items, household necessities, and food as needed.
- Provide support with various ad-hoc tasks as requested by the family.
- Also need to support some office administrative matters.
Requirements
- Comfortable with a 5-day work week and is on-site commitment.
- Working location is at around Suntec City area, there is a co-office workspace.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a family administrative role is beneficial but not necessary.
- Resourceful, practical, and efficient in problem-solving.
- 80% tasks related to home requests, 20% from office related tasks.
