Responsibilities:
Group Level:
- Manage all employee benefits - insurance, long-term incentives, etc.
- Run programs to keep employees engaged, like celebrating new hires quarterly.
- Ensure all HR reports are submitted on time, including those for the annual report, sustainability report.
- Be the voice of HR - write, produce, and oversee all HR communications, including long service awards, company-wide meetings (town halls), and announcements.
- Lead employee engagement forums.
- Ensure employees follow the company's code of conduct.
- Align corporate HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency.
- Assist with recruitment, deployment and development for corporate associates
- Build a strong employer brand and support employee development initiatives.
Singapore Office:
- Oversee everything related to new hires, from recruitment to onboarding and orientation.
- Work with IT and finance to ensure smooth people management and communication.
- Handle all day-to-day HR operations, including local and overseas payroll, keeping employee information updated, and fostering connections among employees.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits, including annual salary reviews, performance reviews, bonuses.
- Build strong relationships with other departments to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Promote employee well-being and a caring work culture.
- Partner with the in-house training academy to provide development opportunities for employees.
Requirements:
- A diploma in HR or relevant experience.
- At least 10 years of solid HR knowledge and experience.
- Experience in the hospitality industry and ideally, with multinational companies in multiple markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with people at all levels.
