Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee Test Operations
- Focus on production efficiency, quality control, and resource optimization.
- Drive adoption of world-class manufacturing practices.
- Implement strategies for operational and performance excellence.
- Continuously upgrade human resources, processes, and technology for the ATS team.
- Ensure high employee engagement through motivation, coaching, and training.
- Lead projects and teams to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate on improvement roadmaps with other departments.
- Manage costs for productivity enhancement and process improvement.
- Develop and enforce SOPs, conduct regular audits, and monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate directly with customers for operational enhancements.
- Ensure safety and security protocol compliance.
- Chair the Safety Committee to uphold safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
- Substantial experience in service-level testing in Semicon industry and leadership roles.
- Expertise in testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or PMP is a plus
- Familiarity with the industry/domain and commitment to continuous learning.
- Enforce company rules and regulations with strict implementations of discipline policies.
- Approve of innovative changes from ATS Shift and Floor Supervisors and ATS Planning.
- Approve Work Instructions, Forms and Educational Posters.
