Responsibilities :
- Assist in AP/AR filing, processing and payment
- Support daily Accounts & Costing, conduct on-going operations & payroll analysis
- Provide deduction report timely to payroll department
- Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper filing documents
- Review, reconcile & compile accounts & costing reports
- Prepare weekly & monthly management reports
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignment
- Assist partial full-set of accounts
Requirements :
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 years and above relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with advance knowledge in Excel an advantage
- Meticulous and accurate in work
- Detailed oriented, neat and organized working style
