Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of SIEM features.
- Configure and optimize SIEM rules and alerts with senior engineers and partners.
- Analyze and investigate security events, providing timely incident response.
- Research and develop new cybersecurity defense techniques.
- Contribute to SIEM documentation and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and system events for threats.
- Keep current with trends in cybersecurity, AI, and ML to propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Understanding of networking, systems administration, virtualization, and Linux.
- Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Elastic Stack) and cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure); Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.
- Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing; certifications are a bonus.
