Job Scope:
- Manage and coordinate sea export shipments.
- Create and manage export documents and customs declarations.
- Prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costs, close shipment files, and file documents.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
- Handle transactions, billing, and charge collection.
- Follow up on cargo issues with warehouses and overseas offices.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in logistics/supply chain related studies
- Candidate with relevant 1- 2 years working experience
- Knowledge & experience in handling shipping documentation (Permit Declaration/ Shipping Incoterm)
