Responsibilities
- Address taxpayers’ tax queries on GST over the Helpine
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
- Guide taxpayers on the step-by-step GST filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
Requirements
- At least A level/diploma
- Able to commit immediately
- Good communication skills
- Candidate without tax experience are welcome to join as training will be provided
