We are looking for a passionate Consumer Business Alliance Manager, who will be responsible for development of B2B2C partnerships & projects for the sale of consumer products via different types of partners - B2C Channel Partners, Telecom Operators & ISP's, Banks, Insurance companies on a Subscription model.
Key responsibilities:
- Take a leading role in the development of relationships with B2B2C Partners in a variety of industries, ex. Carriers, Mobile operators, Banks, Insurance Companies, Online Gaming, B2C Cloud Resellers, etc. (Consumer Business Alliances (CBA) projects);
- Source Leads and Opportunities from the open market and through existing Partners & internal resources;
- Develop new Consumer Business Alliances projects;
- Evaluate and propose the optimal Project flow for each CBA Project. Develop unique Project flows if required;
- Evaluate and involve partners in the CBA chain for distribution, integration, marketing or payment collection;
- Accounting, reporting and support for all regional CBA Projects;
- Creation and implementation of Marketing plans with Partners;
- Innovate in the CBA projects as well as all new B2C company offers, products and services;
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams within Kaspersky in the development of deals at different stages - Pre-sales consulting, Contract negotiations (internal), Post-sales consulting, Marketing, etc;
- Project management and reporting in CRM systems;
Success is measured by reaching revenue targets as a result of partners adoption of CBA projects on the territory.
Key requirements:
- 5 years of relevant work experience in Partner Management or Business Development in B2C or B2B;
- Experience of Value Added Business Models would be an advantage;
- Experience with Carriers, Mobile Operators, Service Providers or security vendors would be an advantage;
- Understanding of global carrier & mobile industry trends and relevant regional specifics;
- Expert knowledge of Telecom key business processes and technologies relevant to B2B2C partnerships;
- Knowledge and experience of building a partner networks and B2B partners relationship;
- Knowledge of B2C security products;
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
- Reporting skills in CRM Tools, Dashboards;
- Fluent English.
