Sat: 9-1pm ( alternate saturdays)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle emails, inquiries
- Manage and organize project-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Assist with the preparation of reports
- Maintain accurate records of contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and office supply management.
- Arrange in matertial deliveries and coordination with site vendors/suppliers
Qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
- Familiarity with contract management processes.
- Experience or background in Quantity Surveying is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong email communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
