- At least 12 years of experience in the relevant technologies in Big Data technologies including Hadoop and 5 years in Hive, PySpark, Spark SQL, Red Hat Linux, Unix Shell Scripting, Java, Jboss/Weblogic/Tomcat and Oracle PL/SQL
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with AWS cloud services.
- Strong background in data security, data modeling, ETL processes, and data lake solutions.
- Hands on Experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Analyses data through the application of scientific methods and data-discovery tools.
- Integrates and prepares large and varied datasets, and models.
- Discovers business insights and identifies opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualisation techniques.
- Assists with architecting specialized database and computing environments, developing methodologies, performing analysis, summarising results and developing conclusions,
- Assists in the conceptualization of analytical projects
- Maintain project plans and status reports for all incoming and active projects
- Apply data mining techniques and programming skills to investigate leads, identify patterns and regularities in data
- Develop data models based on advanced statistical modelling, data mining, and machine learning methods
- Identify areas of improvement of current processes, products/services or analytical models Present insights
- Assist with the development of actionable recommendations
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with Django, Python frameworks, and front-end technologies like ReactJS.
- Familiarity with other database systems such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
- Background in developing unified graphical programming tools for data management.
- Experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques to medical imaging or healthcare datasets.
- Proficient in programming (Python etc.) and good experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch etc).
- Hands-on experience in the development of image classification, object detection, segmentation, video analytics, multimodal model or related.
- Model deployment experience is preferred.
- Willingness to provide on call support for 24x7 high-availability of production systems.
