Job Scope:
- Report to the Senior Manager – Community Engagement and Management Council of SIET.
- Review, manage, and process the interest-free study loan applications.
- Prepare and present management reports related to loan disbursement, repayments, and defaulted payments.
- Maintain proper records of students, loan agreements, and repayments in the Student Relationship Management System.
- Prepare Grant and SINDA FSC referred case reports.
- Compile reflections of study loan recipients for the Annual Report.
- Manage donor relations, including preparing quarterly reports.
- Assist with secretariat operations, including general office management and administration.
- Maintain IT infrastructure and coordinate updates.
- Coordinate fundraising events.
- Maintain the social media platforms.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business or Communication-related courses.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Zero and IT savvy.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and positive attitude.
- Proactive team player able to work independently with minimal supervision.
